"Teresa's honesty and integrity are head and shoulders above most. Teresa is truly a lead from the front type of person who has a 'never say never' attitude. Because she is very organized and leads by example, Teresa has been a huge asset to Area 9 (Eastern North Carolina & South Carolina). Teresa and her husband, Glen, go to every South Carolina Friends of NRA event and help run the treasurer's table and live auction. Teresa is willing to drive hours just to help with any event in Area 9, including those in North Carolina, and one time she even helped set up catering last minute for an event when the catering fell through. For the Lowcountry Friends of NRA event, Teresa put together custom baskets full of goodies to be used for the white bucket raffles and silent auction. Her dedication and time devotion allows the Field Representative focus on the other aspects of the event, knowing that the paperwork for the event will be perfect and ready at the end of the night.

Teresa goes the extra mile to help events be successful. She frequently runs Friends of NRA booths at gun shows and other events to explain our mission, sell raffle and event tickets, and collect donations. This past year alone Teresa went to 4 gun and knife shows and 2 outdoor RV shows. If a Field Representative had one of her for each event, they would all be successful. Teresa has been instrumental to growing Area 9; she is a go-getter and mentors the new committees we bring on. Her commitment to Friends of NRA and The NRA Foundation is unmatched. This lady is one in a million."
