"Bob has helped Area 31 develop and bring structure to the state of Arizona. He worked a total of 9 events within 2023, where he was the main leader responsible for coaching, training, and developing volunteers at each event. Throughout 2023, Bob worked directly with me to develop new marketing strategies that have been successful in creating 5 events, doubling their previous net amount from 2022.
Bob always ensures that he is within the guidelines of the FNRA program. He demonstrates leadership by setting an example, working hard, and showing how it's done in the field.
People now look to Bob for advice and support, knowing that his statements align with my agenda, goals, and vision. He always shows respect, humility, and integrity while representing the NRA Foundation and the FNRA program.
Bob always makes sure to partner with me before discussing or presenting any idea to anyone in Area 31 Arizona. He has helped develop our current marketing program for Area 31, which has increased attendance by 28% from 2022. This was a primary focus for Bob, not just for his committee AZ-14, but for the state of Arizona as a whole.
Bob is not just any volunteer; he is a direct example of what makes our country the greatest country in the world. He never seeks recognition but cares only for his country and our rights as Americans.
Bob focused on the big picture to ensure that all of Area 31 would benefit, rather than focusing on just one event. The heart of a volunteer is unbelievable, and if your area had someone like Bob, you would instantly see a dramatic increase in performance, customer service, and development"
