"Sherry builds and starts school trap shooting teams throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania. She attends many events relating to these trap teams and promotes Friends of NRA everywhere she goes. Sherry steps up whenever needed and is currently working with her Field Representative to build a new Friends of NRA Committee in Western Pennsylvania.
Sherry is well respected throughout Pennsylvania in her role as the Scholastic Clay Shooting Coordinator for the state of Pennsylvania. In 2021, she stepped up as the Committee Chair for three different Friends of NRA events. She was a committee member for years, but when her committee event and two others for the state were not going to happen, she jumped into the position. One of the banquets was even three hours away from where she lives. Her dedication, integrity, and character is astonishing. Sherry is also on the Western Pennsylvania Steering Committee and works with all the committees and grant writers in her region to assist them with all aspects of our grant program.
Sherry Anderson lives and breaths Friends of NRA and youth shooting sports programs. She truly is a rare find."
