"Ray Campbell is known as 'NRA Ray' in the entire state of North Carolina. Mr. Campbell has been involved with Friends of NRA for over 25 years. He is a staple at the Bucaneer Gun Club and works tirelessly on competitions, training activities, and maintaining the property. He also raises money year-round for the Wilmington Friends of NRA Banquet.
Not only does to he work tirelessly year-round on the Wilmington Friends of NRA banquet, but throughout 2021, Mr. Campbell would call me regularly to see if he could help with other events in North and South Carolina. Because of his involvement with Wilmington Friends of NRA, the banquet has achieved success as one of the top two events in North Carolina. In 2021, the Wilmington Friends of NRA banquet had net proceeds of over $76,250 with over 550 attendees. Overall, Mr. Campbell is the gold standard when it comes to being a Friends of NRA volunteer."
