"Blen Tennant takes the role of Vice Chair very seriously. He always lends a hand without being asked, and is the driving force behind pre and post-event raffle sales and event ticket sales. Blen attends many Friends of NRA events, and for the Blennerhassett Friends of NRA event, he helps with setting up, running games, and organizing the firearm processing.
In addition, Blen is involved in the West Virginia State Fund process as the Blennerhassett voting member. He contacts many of the grant applicants to seek additional information that is needed to make recommendations. Blen also assists his local gun club with youth hunts and shooting events.
Blen is highly respected by his fellow committee members, and is the 'right hand man' to not only the chairman, but to everyone he knows. He steps up when needed, and will ask questions and make suggestions that saves time and money for all involved."
