"Bill is a natural leader with a military background. When Bill speaks, everyone listens, and he is known as a get-it-done person.
Bill took over Custer County Friends of NRA when it was struggling to keep good leadership. He worked with another volunteer to keep it going and brought new blood and new life to the group. Bill has not missed a single workshop or grant meeting since he started volunteering 6 years ago. In addition, Bill works with various youth programs to teach firearm safety and encourage the future of the shooting sports."
